20200414 Fresh Install: Kernel 5.7-rc1 Won't shutdown

Normal fresh install up to shutdown last night. Not only NUM Lock and ON/OFF switch leds stay ON after shutting down the computer, but keyboard stays warm. Holding the switch a few seconds to turn off the machine works.

Gives the same result:

sudo shutdown -r now

I Was expecting a miracle this morning, Dup returns the following, but… It was the only package after the fresh install:

The following package is going to be downgraded:
  python3-rpm

1 package to downgrade.
Overall download size: 55.4 KiB. Already cached: 0 B. After the operation, 30.5 KiB will
be freed.

Same result, the machine does not shut down. Wayland works ok here or X11 is the same.

No way this is a clean install. Your output proves that. TW has kernel 5.6, not some 5.7 RC

Hi
Is there a particular reason for running a Kernel:HEAD version? If you suspect a kernel issue then you need to look at bisecting to find out where it might be.
