20160820 Plasma 5 Breeze Login Screen Freezes

After a zypper up to TW 20160820, my login attempts all resulted in a frozen screen. The only thing alive was the mouse. All the buttons were dead. By accident, I found that if I switched to TTY and logged in, I could switch to the GUI and BANG! I was logged into Plasma 5. I then switched to a different login screen using System Settings and login seems to work fine.
I’ve only been using oS for a few months and realize I have a great deal to learn. Is there any further troubleshooting I should do and/or what logs would be helpful for a bug report?

First, use

zypper ref && zypper dup --no-allow-vendor-change

. “dup” because it’s Tumbleweed, the – option to avoid switching packages from Packman back to the openSUSE versions

Still the same. Other login screens work fine, but the Breeze login freezes.

Fixed with 20160901 upgrade. I have no idea what the problem was.

I was wrong. Logged in successfully a couple of times then it failed and I reverted back to another log in screen.

It only seems to be the Breeze login screen that freezes.
