The URL for openSUSE-13.2-Update that is claimed to be outdated is http://download.opensuse.org/update/13.2/

openSUSE 13.2 is out of support already for some time: https://en.opensuse.org/Lifetime

Even if the Update repo would be there and up-to-date, it would not have anything new since support ended. Thus if you were updated then, there is nothing to do.
