13.2 Doesn't prompt for wallet password on first login after a reboot

Steps to reproduce:

Reboot
Login
Desktop session starts, but wifi doesn’t connect, no Wallet prompt
Logout
Login again
Prompt is there, enter password, all is well.

Anybody seen this behaviour ?
