Hi,
I’m currently trying to build an appliance basing on openSUSE 13.1 / KDE4 in SUSEStudio.
Unfortunately it enables only ethernet networking by default. I installed iw, libiw30, wireless-regdb and wireless-tools additionally, but still no wireless shows up in Network Manager.
Any idea what else could be missing?

Have you checked for any dmesg output? Other things to look for are in the
stickies in the wireless forum.
