[13.1] No video after reconnecting DP to VGA adapter

Hello.

After installing the adapter in that version, on boot it works fine, but after disconnect it and re connect it it gives me no signal, this happens in several monitor and when connected directly in the DP por it doesn’t happens.

GPU Intel HD graphics 5500

Not sure but, you seem to be describing a Display Port to VGA adaptor (from whoever, possibly in your case Hewlett-Packard).
Solution possibilities:

1. The adaptor is broken; possibly with an intermittent contact issue; solution: purchase a new adaptor.
2. 13.1 has a driver issue with your hardware; solution: update the 13.1 system if possible or, consider an upgrade to a newer kernel and drivers.
