don’t have any german documentation?

You can install it on your machine using the below command:-
sudo zypper in opensuse-manuals_de

Yes, but it should also be available somewhere in that site.
Also, the release notes have been published on the doc server; they are
translated to several languages, but I don’t know on what path in
doc.opensuse.org or in activedoc.opensuse.org. (I know where they are
elsewhere on suse.com)
