started network manager OK
started LSB: configure the remote-fs depending network interfaces OK
started postfix mail tranport agent OK

Which is the medium used to install? DVD? LiveCD (GNOME or KDE)? 32/64 bit?
Did you check the install medium?
I installed with openSUSE 12.2 DVD.
my computer have to GPU: GT650M+intelHD4000
I can only enter system with x11failsafe mode…
Your problem looks similar to mine in that we both get stuck in the same place. I can also enter the system via the failsafe. What happens if you switch to superuser via “su” then activate the Gnome Display Manager directly with the command “gdm” at the # prompt?
