12.2 (64-bit): USB-Problem

Hallo zusammen.

Ich habe das Problem, dass USB-Geräte teilweise nicht erkannt werden bzw. einige Ports wohl nicht aktiviert sind.

Wie man sieht, werden einige Geräte erkannt.
Drucker und Maus funktionieren,
Audio Adapter (Headset) noch nicht getestet.
Ein weiteres USB-Audiogerät funktioniert, wird aber nicht angezeigt.

Andere Ports sind ohne Funktion - auch ein Aufladen am USB-Port ist nicht möglich.

Ich vermute, mein Problem liegt daran:

Aber:

Was u.U. auch noch zu bemerken wäre:
Bis vor Kurzem lief Win/7, da waren die Ports aktiv, auch unter einem Test von Kubuntu vor wenigen Tagen ging’s noch - folglich schliesse ich ein Hardware-Problem aus.

Nachdem ich meinen PC mal unter’m Schreibtisch “ausgegraben” habe, konnte ich feststellen, dass die mit ‘lsusb’ gefundenen Ports alle auf der Rückseite sind, also “onboard”.
Die nicht angezeigten (und nicht funktionierenden) beiden Anschlüsse sind auf der Gehäuse-Oberseite und stecken via Kabel am Mainboard.

Folglich muss ich meine Frage umformulieren: **Wie kann ich OpenSUSE 12.2 beibringen, dass da noch zwei weitere Anschlüsse vorhanden sind?
**
Mir wäre das sehr wichtig, da ich diese Anschlüsse - aufgrund der leichteren Erreichbarkeit - bislang intensiv genutzt habe.

Falls zur Problembehandlung noch weitere Informationen nötig sind, stelle ich diese natürlich schnellstmöglich zur Verfügung.

Hallo,
das hört sich an, als wäre der Anschluss auf dem Mainboard verpolt.
Ich würd’s zum Spass mal rumdrehen.
Oder isses gar USB3? Dann lade mal bitte xhci_hcd.
Da hab ich so meine Probleme mit.
Siehe mein Thread.

Ich würde immer den deafult-kernel vorziehen, ich hab einfach bessere Erfahrungen damit gemacht.

Kann’s eigentlich nicht sein, denn ich hatte an der Hardware nichts geändert - und unter W7 lief’s noch.

Definitiv noch ohne USB3.

Werde ich mal antesten.
