They are, minus everything that doesn’t compile any more in 12.1 and needs to be fixed…
Everything that I use is there. Since the list of broken packages is quite long it would not be a bad idea if people lists here what they are missing so it can take some priority.

When I ran the multimedia install as a test, it wasn’t complete.
So far I’m impressed with the work being done @Packman getting this ready. Great work.
So far I can do everything I normally need to do.

Keep in mind also that the KDE PIM and related apps (kmail, address books,
etc.) are giving some of us fits. Lots of traffic on the mail lists.
That’s been my only show stopper - the rest is looking good.
