I came across this problem for 11.4 which I am running currently (see here: opensuse 11.4 module rt2800pci missing and bug 691073). The configuration of the kernel contains the line “# CONFIG_RT2800PCI is not set”. This should be “CONFIG_RT2800PCI=m” because otherwise the kernel module will not be build. 11.3 actually had the same problem and now I checked 12.1 M1 and still see the same misconfiguration. Is there any chance that this might be changed prior to release? Or is this considered correct because of some reason that I miss?
