Hi
Sure, I’m running 11.4 with GNOME 3.2.1 at present;
http://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:GNOME_3.0
Follow the ‘Text upgrade’ ONLY and change the repository name to
GNOME_STABLE_3.2 where 3.0 is used (three locations).

First, thanks for your help (again) Malcolm. Second…
OK did what you said. Seems to have worked. After the reboot I was greeted with a console screen, so I assumed I had to nvidia driver install which I did. GUI then came up. During the course of the GNOME update there were many many GConf Errors that flew by: GConf Error: Failed to contact configuration server (Details - 1. Failed to get connection to session. …) but I guess it didn’t matter. I guess.
So now that GNOME 3.2 is installed and running (I think) what should I have noticed? So far (a few minutes) it looks and feels the same.
After some quick reading of the GNOME 3.2 release notes, I see that “lots of little changes have been made”. I’ll keep reading.
Hi
Also since it’s 3.2.1 the release notes for 12.1 GNOME also apply as
it’s based around that.
