11.3 M7: no shutdown, wrong colors with webcam

First of all: thank you, guys, I really love M7.

I turned to it directly from 11.1 … it works fine, but two things need a fix:

The system goes down correctly (messages are normal) if I want the computer to turn off. But it is restarting every time. I have to wait for the last message, then I´m turning off manually.

The other thing is: cold colors, all green and blue, in the webcam picture (Microsoft VX-2000, which works fine on my netbook with 11.1). It´s the same problem in skype, camelot, wxcam.

Any hints?

Testing now with another VX-2000 webcam it is much improved. Seems to be a hardware problem inside the first used camera.
