11.3 installer hangs

On our Intel DG31PR machines 11.3 RC2 installer hangs at 7% loading linux kernel
Has anyone else had this - if so - is it known/fixed

It sounds as if there is something wrong with the DVD burn onto a DVD that is not rewritable at low speed

I must have installed 11.3 rc1 and rc2 about five times now and I have never once noticed that option!

The DVD installs fine on all other types of machines I’ve tried ( and 11.2 installs fine on
machine that barfs with 11.3 )
