[11.1] problem with boot

hello to all …
I have a problem, I downloaded the torrent with 32-bit version of openSUSE 11.1, the install nicely, except some md5 sums that do not match everything perfectly …
but at the restart. i have’t grub, but a basic console
how do I start now suse?
Here’s how it is configured my partitions:

  • Sdb2 mount: / size: 19 GB Encrypted: no
  • Sdb3 mount: / home 22 Gb size Encrypted: yes
  • Sdb4 mount: / boot size 140 MB Encrypted: No
  • Sdb5 mount: swap size 645 Mb
    which may be the problem,
PS: What 's English, but being Italian xD

it’s a basiliar console:

GNU GRUB version 0.97
Minimal bash-like console, line editing is supported, press tab ...

it must match exactly OR it is garbage!

you have no idea how wrong it is, or where…you MIGHT get an install
and use it a year and THEN find the bug, right after all your music,
photos and documents have been eaten…

GIGO: garbage in, garbage out…been that way forever.

(would you use a teaspoon of too old and bad tasting/smelling olive
oil on top of a plate of pasta and sauce?? neither would i, so don’t
put that garbage on your hard drive either.)
