This is going to be brief:
OpenSuSE 11.1 has had support for processor scaling for the HP-2133, but requires a switch added to the Kernel options. It was working in the original release, but I think it broke after the 2nd Kernel update. I am not going to bother checking my back notes. The important thing is that the latest update to Kernel “18.104.22.168-0.1” appears to have fixed the problems again. I have run the new Kernel for over an hour now without crashing. Before, wth the last previous Kernel I was using (I think it was 22.214.171.124?) it was likely to crash within 10 min. of use.
