I just installed the XFCE desktop by using software management and installing everything listed in the XFCE section. Now, I can log in fine, change settings, etc, but I can’t connect to the internet. There’s not network notification spot in my panel, and the app you can add by right clicking on the panel called Network Monitor doesn’t allow you to connect to networks. So, I open up YaST, open up Network Configuration, and before it starts, I get an information notice that my connection is managed by Network Manager and unless I run ifup (don’t know what or how) I can’t change any settings. So my question is, how do I use Network Manager in XFCE? There seems to be no listing for it in the start menu and I’m not sure how to open it using the terminal, or alt + f2 to run even if I can.
