11.1 b5 Core i7 build - memory and network issue

I just installed Opensuse 11.1b5 64bit on a new Core i7 build with 6gb in triple channel configuration but only 3.9gb of memory are reported as being present. Could this be an issue with triple channel memory compatibility?

Also, I am having difficulting connecting to my wireless network. It appears that the arrow button next to the wireless SSID I wish to connect to does nothing when clicked.

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could provide me some information on these issues.

I think your linux kernel has a 4 GB limit, but I may be wrong about that. As for the network: if you’re seeing the correct ESSID, then your wireless connections works. I just don’t understand about the arrow: what arrow are you trying to click, are you using Gnome?
