1080p hevc X265 videos freeze or hang with gray screen Tumbleweed 32 bit

I have installed Tumbleweed 32 bit.I am able to play almost all video types except 1080p hevc X265 videos which freeze or hang with gray screen in VLC and frames move very slowly in other players like Totem,Kaffeine and MPlayer.I have the X265 package installed as listed below.Kindly assist in this

if you don’t have a gpu capable of h265 decoding like Nvidia GTX 960 and above or an intel CPU with build-in h265 decoding like Skylake which has partial or Kaby Lake with full h265 support
then h265 decoding is done with software by the CPU and h265 is extremely CPU intensive, if you have an old CPU that’s to be expected if you want faster h265 decoding the only thing you can do is buy a new graphic card or a new cpu with a build-in gfx
