No duplex printing option via network printer
My desktop was configured by the help-desk guys to print from a printer connected through the local network. They said that the drivers will be automatically taken from the server. Now i am seeing that only single sided printouts are being taken. Both Evince and Okular are not allowing duplex printing. So i guess that there must be some system-wide setting that i am unable to modify.
Could you please suggest what i should do next?
Would request you to consider that i am not comfortable with internet related protocols and so i might take some time to grasp the technical terms you might be telling me.

Re: No duplex printing option via network printer
The default setting of the printer server itself was to print one side per sheet only. So i was getting single sided printouts. Funnily, many other people were able to get duplex printouts despite the printer having duplex setting disabled.
