Okay, thank you very much. It looked good, but it just rebooted while installing again. But this time not while installing systemd I guess.
Code:

# sed -i '/priority\=/d' /etc/zypp/repos.d/*.repo

Yes, and what do you mean?

Re: Upgrade 15.2 to 15.3 leads to libhandle.so.1.0.3 conflict
Hey, oh sorry, was too short with my answer. During the installation it just reboots automatically, thus not all packages are installed I guess. And because its rebooting on itself I guess the system is broken, because I have a boot loop with a SIGTERM: https://susepaste.org/aec9c3b2
Code:
(2179/2839) Installing: kmod-29-4.15.1.x86_64 .........................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................[done]
warning: /etc/systemd/journald.conf created as /etc/systemd/journald.conf.rpmnew
warning: /etc/systemd/system.conf created as /etc/systemd/system.conf.rpmnew
Creating group systemd-resolve with gid 473.
Creating user systemd-resolve (systemd Resolver) with uid 473 and gid 473.
Timeout, server
Here it was on installing package 2179 out of 2839 and then I lost the connection to the system and the system got into a boot loop.

Re: Upgrade 15.2 to 15.3 leads to libhandle.so.1.0.3 conflict
Next time, start the actual upgrade process by downloading all packages first:Before you get to that point, change all repo config files to include keeppackages=1. After the download process has completed, backup /var/cache/zypp/packages/, so that they can be restored each time you find it necessary to start over once again, saving the hassle of waiting on download to complete, or be interrupted by a reboot. Also before, lock the kernels: You can (unlock and), with a repeat of zypper dup, upgrade kernel (as I always do), after all other packages have been processed by the initial dup. Also before you start, remove libhandle and *xfs*. They're not installed here, and not essential to a basic running 15.3 unless you have /home and/or backups on xfs. You can add them back after successful upgrade if you actually need them.

Secondary: eComStation (OS/2) &15.2 on i965P/Radeon

I have done an Upgrade from Leap 15.3 to 15.4 last weekend without any rebooting in Installation, only reboot after Installation.
Also I have not gotten any:
