Default Ext 4 null pointer derefernce during install

A few days ago I attempted to install LEAP 15.3 from USB stick using openSUSE-Leap-15.3-2-DVD-x86_64-Build24.5-Media.iso (kernel 5.3.18-59.10-default), and newly re-formatting / as ext4.

During package download/install, after more than an hour, and after many packages were successfully installed to disk, the kernel BUG'd with a null pointer dereference in mpage_process_page_bufs [ext4]. So, at the time, I just rolled the machine back to 15.2.

Does this sound like some sort of known issue in 15.3? Or should I attempt to reproduce and gather enough info to actually write up a reasonably decent bug report...? (Yes, I have searched for similar reports, but with little luck so far.)

Sounds like a fluke to me. Don't try to report a bug if you can't reproduce it, but please report back here if you can, before reporting a bug, because it may be a specific hardware issue.
