Default Do new (15.3) Repositories contain only FOSS software?

With openSUSE 15.3 came two additional repositories, repo-sle-update and repo-backports-update. Do either or both of these repositories ship closed-source software, or do they both provide OSS only, and would I have been able to locate this information outside of asking this forum question?

Nope, all OSS, it's probably in the install EULA...
