Let me know when the keyserver bug is fixed.

At this time, it still doesn't work.

Well, it should work with the other 2 key servers I mentioned. Make sure to kill the dirmngr process after modifying dirmngr.conf like I mentioned before. Even then, you're still getting the "keyserver receive failed: No name" error?

To follow the bug report progress you can add yourself to the CC list.
