Default Boots into CLI instead of GUI on Raspberry Pi 4

I’m trying to setup the KDE flavor of OpenSUSE Tumbleweed on my Raspberry Pi 4

I’m downloading the image from here: https://en.opensuse.org/HCL:Raspberry_Pi4

Upon the Pi booting, it’ll show the installation options GUI for a little bit but it’s blocked by an overlapping command line showing the Linux kernel 5.10 loading and then ramdisk. Once that disappears it brings me straight to the cli login.

Can I get the KDE desktop to load from the command line or what should I try next?

I have an ethernet cable connected, along with USB mouse, keyboard and HDMI monitor.

workaround: in file /etc/default/grub add "nomodeset" to GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT and run `grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/grub2/grub.cfg`
