    I ran
    Code:
    zypper remove kio-core-debuginfo
    and got this response
    Code:
    linux-140i:/home/paul # zypper remove kio-core-debuginfo
    Reading installed packages...
    Resolving package dependencies...

The following package is going to be REMOVED:
      kio-core-debuginfo

    1 package to remove.
After the operation, 44.1 MiB will be freed.
    Continue? [y/n/v/...? shows all options] (y): y
    (1/1) Removing kio-core-debuginfo-5.71.0-lp152.2.6.1.x86_64 .............................................................................................................................[done]
There are running programs which still use files and libraries deleted or updated by recent upgrades. They should be restarted to benefit from the latest updates. Run 'zypper ps -s' to list these programs.

    linux-140i:/home/paul #
However, I still have the error.

I enabled the Debug Repository, Debug Repository (Non OSS), Update Repository (Debug), Update Repository (Debug, Non-OSS), I don't know what one it depended on. I ran an update and the error cleared.

    Thanks everyone!

    Hi
For whatever reason at some point you have installed debug packages, working on a bug report? Unless your having an issue you should not need any of the debug packages installed, likely an update to a package in the oss repository and it was looking for the installed dubuginfo update. Suggest you check your system and remove all the debug packages, then disable the debug repositories and you shouldn't have the issue any more

Thanks for the advice. I did have a bug with dolphin that I was working on. I will try and remove the debugging packages and disable the repositories.
