    RID = Remote ID

    Try this after exiting Kmail / Kontact
    Code:
    akonadictl stop
    mv ~/.local/share/akonadi/file_lost+found ~/.local/share/akonadi/file_lost+found.old
    akonadictl start
    ° Appreciate my reply? Click the star and let me know why.

    ° Perfection is not gonna happen. No way.

    That looks really bad. You may want to repair your data base tables:

    Code:
    karl@erlangen:~> mysql --socket=/run/user/1000/akonadi/mysql.socket
    Welcome to the MariaDB monitor. Commands end with ; or \g.
    Your MariaDB connection id is 102
    Server version: 10.4.12-MariaDB MariaDB package

    Copyright (c) 2000, 2018, Oracle, MariaDB Corporation Ab and others.

    Type 'help;' or '\h' for help. Type '\c' to clear the current input statement.

    MariaDB [(none)]> use akonadi;
    Reading table information for completion of table and column names
    You can turn off this feature to get a quicker startup with -A

    Database changed
    MariaDB [akonadi]>  delete from pimitemtable where remoteid is NULL;
    Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.001 sec)

    MariaDB [akonadi]> quit
    Bye

    user@linux-5ywc:/run/user/1000> sudo systemctl start mysql
    user@linux-5ywc:/run/user/1000> ps ax|grep mysql
     7479 pts/1    S+     0:00 mysql -uroot -px xxxxx

     8325 pts/2    S+     0:00 grep --color=auto mysql
