    Wink reboot failure on opensuse 15.1

    Hi
    I had openSUSE on my systems and without any problem.
    Recently we bought mainboard server in our company.
    The server has 2 cpu slots but with just 1 cpu installed and one m2 nvme and some ssd hard in raid mode on motherboards sata ports.
    I installed openSUSE 42.3 on nvme and it worked well.
    But when I upgraded to leap 15.1 it boot well from shut down but crashes after restart.
    System goes off and then on but when check for hard and partitions before show grub menu it freezes..
    I tested many configuration like change some bios parameters (csm uefi acpi , ...) , kernel parameters (https://www.suse.com/support/kb/doc/?id=7009779) but none of them worked.
    I figured when I have nvme and some sata hards attached it crach in boot.
    I installed ssd hards with raid adapter card ( not on motherboards ports) and problem not solved.
    I removed ssd hards and attached server to san storage over FC and instaled OS on san too.
    But problem remain and when i restarts the system it crashes and freezes.
    So i should press reset button or power off system and power it on again. ( ! = cry icon with ocean of tear)
    I don't know but it seems new grub has some mismatch with having both m2 nvme and other hards.
    I think i checked this with leap 15 and at had the problem.
    Now we have to downgrade to 42.3 or change OS.

    Any update, patch, link, comment, suggest or finally expression sympathy needed.

    Best Regards

    I don't know its important or not but one thing else.
    When system crashes one of onboard leds goes on.
    The nearest text to led is CPUERR_LED3. Two other text there are CPUERR_LED1 and CATTERR_LED1 but there is not any led there.
    According to manual and position of led it seems it is CATTERR_LED1.
    Motherboard's debug code or Q-code is A2.
    I could not run q-code logger usb.

    1. Try to update BIOS firmware.
    https://www.asus.com/us/Commercial-S...HelpDesk_BIOS/

    2. Make clean install.
    3. Update with only one step: 42.3 -> 15.0 -> 15.1.

    1-One of conditions was bios change versions. Now it is last version 4101 . But not worked.
    2-I had clean install and not worked.
    3-I do some different conditions from 42.3 to 15.1.
    If i don't update shim and grub2 and all dependent packages it seems works.
    But the dependent packages are so many.

    EFI booting? Try legacy booting.

    Hi
    Whilst on Tumbleweed here, I have a NVMe and a SSD device and would freeze on boot until I added the following grub option;

    Code:
    nvme_core.default_ps_max_latency_us=0
    My MB has PCIe 16 Gen 3.0 and no NVMe support so boot from the SSD.
