Defining resources for a worker

Hi,
if I remember right one can define certain parameter that a worker, which builds a package, needs to fulfill, like disk space or RAM.

Can one point me to the documentation, I just dont find it.....

It's a constraints file, for example I use one for my Tizonia package;
