Default Kernel 5.3 Now Available For Testing 20190722

The OpenSUSE Mainline Kernel repository is now set for the 5.3 cycle.

Made a fresh install of Kubuntu 19.10 build 20190721 and there was a long restart hesitation on RC-1. Plus, KDE setup was not stable, so did not stay there. Not the case for TW and as a bonus, the machine restarts faster.

    Code:
    dmesg | grep Linux

Default Invisible Update: HEAD Server Needs Attention

There were 3 Kernel packages this morning and we got the two first ones only. The desktop freezes at the Kernel-source (third package) with dup, up and Discover, must do a cold shutdown. Plus, the second patch of rc-1 is not shown in the Kernel HEAD server? The update seems invisible. or I'm trying to get packages that are not listed.

    This is hard to do!

    Code:
The following NEW package is going to be installed:
      kernel-source-5.3.rc1-2.1.g782fba2

    1 new package to install.
Overall download size: 0 B. Already cached: 105.8 MiB. After the operation, additional
    766.0 MiB will be used.
    Continue? [y/n/v/...? shows all options] (y): y
    In cache kernel-source-5.3.rc1-2.1.g782fba2.noarch.rpm
                                                       (1/1), 105.8 MiB (766.0 MiB unpacked)
    Checking for file conflicts: .....................................................[done]
    (1/1) Installing: kernel-source-5.3.rc1-2.1.g782fba2.noarch <1%>=====================[|]
As seen in the HEAD server, this package is outdated:

    [ ] kernel-default-base-5.1.rc1-2.1.gfd95045.2.1.x86_64.rpm 22-Mar-2019 15:02 24M Details

    Please update the server!

At least, Adguard DNS works, it was not the case in Kubuntu 19.10. Default parameter was displayed and Adguard website was not detecting setup.
