When this is about Virtual Box, does this then not fit better in the Vurtualization sub-forums, where the Vitualization gurus lurk?

You can upload to https://susepaste.org/ and post the link here.
Take care, when you uplopad an image, do post the URL of the page (not the image) here using the Globe (Link) button (not the Insert Image button).

You will have to re-phrase your question.
Are you asking about shared folders between a HostOS and the Guest?
Are you asking how to display an image in your Forum post?
Are you trying to post a file with data in a Forum post?

    Something else?

Henk provide information about how to use susepaste to make the log file
    available here.

On the base problem, it sounds like the log file will help us see what's
going on - Genymotion (for those who don't know) is a tool to run Android
in a virtual machine (it uses VirtualBox to provide the virtual
    environment).

I've run it in the past and not had problems with it running, but it
would probably also be useful to know if you installed VirtualBox
separately or used the included VirtualBox that comes with Genymotion
(when I used it, I seem to recall they packaged it in the Genymotion
distribution, but that could have changed).

According to current Genymotion docs, you need to install Virtualbox separately.

OK - good to know. The other questions still remain, though, so we'll
need the OP to follow up with specifically what they see when they try to
    run it.

Default AW: Genymotion, unable to start Virtual Box.

Please use Code-Tag for such output from command-line, it is the small # in the forums-editor.

And please alway post the whole output incl. the complete input-line.

It looks like this is where things start to go wrong - can you create a
    host-only interface in VirtualBox directly?

If you can, I wonder if Genymotion has a specific version of VirtualBox
they're looking for. You may want to ask in their support venue if there
is a version requirement (if it's not documented, I don't recall if it is
or not). You may need to install VirtualBox 5.x, as it's possible the
management interfaces used by vboxmanage have changed from 5.x to 6.x.
