Your output from terminal is cut.
Please increase the size of your terminal window and post:
    Code:
    systemctl restart postgresql.service
    Code:
    systemctl status postgresql.service
    Code:
    journalctl -xe
    Code:
    zypper lr -d

    Code:
    zypper in pgadmin3
    ?

    Code:
    linux-l6qh:~ # zypper se pgadmin
