Default openSUSE LEAP 15.0: man page of iconv missing

Recently I did a plain new installation of openSUSE LEAP 15.0. Conversion utility iconv is part of package glibc (glibc-2.26-lp150.11.6.120.x86_64). But all man pages of iconv, at least iconv(1) and iconv(3) are missing.
    Did I miss something?

The above mentioned package contains only:

    • /usr/share/man/man1/gencat.1.gz
    • /usr/share/man/man1/getconf.1.gz
    • /usr/share/man/man5/locale.alias.5.gz

It's in package man-pages and this isn't part auf base setup. :-(

I have no idea why this is done, but it looks like a strange approach to me.

I always expected that the relevant man pages came with the package you install.
