Steam Won't Start

I changed my network settings and reinstalled steam and it gives this message when I run

STEAM_RUNTIME_PREFER_HOST_LIBRARIES=0 steam

It was working just fine earlier today until I changed my network settings. Anyone have any ideas?

OS: openSUSE Leap 15.1 with GNOME 3.26.2

Around six weeks back fitted extra RAM then Steam started with significant improvements in War Thunder (only game have on there at moment).

Around a month ago Steam made some updates and since then unable to start War Thunder, with War Thunder opening up, then almost immediately closing.

Steam updated inluding some for linux.

Query, how do we change the executable to linux ?

My up to date OS is linux, openSUSE Leap 15.1 GNOME.
Steam Support advise to contact Gajinent re War Thunder.
So done that and awaiting reply.
