    Question gnome-subtitles fails to start

Not sure if it was the latest update or previous one that broke gnome-subtitles. When I try to start it it provides following error:

    Code:
(gnome-subtitles:7675): dbind-WARNING **: 21:15:48.555: Couldn't register with accessibility bus: Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply timeout expired, or the network connection was broken.

Seems that there are some version conflicts. gnome-subtitles uses gtk3 and when I tried to compile it myself I was not able to find required packages - e.g.
    Code:
    checking gnome-doc-utils >= 0.3.2... no
    zypper found following:
    Code:
    Retrieving package gnome-doc-utils-0.20.10-13.1.noarch
    Retrieving package gnome-doc-utils-lang-0.20.10-13.1.noarch
Am I missing some relevant repos? How gnome-subtitles has been compiled with standard repos?

    gnome-subtitles version 1.3+142-1.1

    Opensuse tumbleweed 20180723
    kde plasma version 5.13.3
    qt version 5.11.1
    kernel 4.17.7-1-default

    H/W intel 7500U cpu
    15.5 GB ram

Gnome-subtitles was working fine until recent tumbleweed upgrade.

Managed to compile gnome-subtitles after installing x number of devel packages. Seems to be working partially. Subtitle shifting is broken but adjust works. Audio seems to be working better now.
