Default A program needs adobe air to run

So yeah, title sums it up, a program i need to run requires adobe air.
Now the program itself is an exe so i will have to run it through wine anyway.
My question is if there is a linux equivelant for it how would i set it up so the program can use it through wine and if not how could i setup air through wine so another app can use it

As it has to run in Wine, one thing is for sure, you do not need a Linux equivalent, you need a MS Windows one. (but I have no idea how to do that and if it ever will work, sorry, no Windows knowledge).
