    Default Failed unmounting /var on shutdown

    Hi all,

    looking at the journal, I get this towards the end of every shutdown:

    Code:
    Apr 30 22:25:00 host.home systemd[1]: Failed unmounting /var.
    .

    These are more messages of things that don't look right, before that (in reverse order):

    Code:

    Hi
    AFAIK it's because it's still writing info to the journal, it gets shutdown cleanly later on by systemd.

    I see an old thread here (Leap 42.3);
    https://forums.opensuse.org/showthre...uring-shutdown

    ok thanks! I did find that, but there seems to be no definitive answer... anyway I guess I shouldn't worry about it then.
