    Default dolphin does not remember to show all entries in the places panel

    on my
    Laptop=Dell latitude E6510, RAM=8Gb, GPU=GT218 NVS 3100M, CPU=i7 Q 720 @ 1.60GHz: host=pla-3-TW, partition=suse2, OS=leap 42.3, DE=plasma 5.12.4, KDE frameworks 5.45.0, KDE applications 18.4.0, Kernel 4.4.126-48-default, nvidia drivers, libreoffice 5.4.5.1-40
    dolphin version 18.4.0, when I open it the places panel shows only remote and devices section, I rightclick and check "show all entries" and also places section is shown, if I close dolphin and reopen I have to redo rightclick and check "show all entries" to have places section shown.
    how can I have always the places section shown?

    Have you inadvertently set "Hide Section 'Places'" from the "Places" popup-menu (Right click on "Places" Title Bar.)

    ...yessss, manythanks tannington, now it works, I thought that checking "show all entries" was a sort of reset to show all entries...
