Default AW: Bluetooth - Atheros AR3012 Bluetooth 4.0 Adapter

    Remove Module:
    Code:
    modprobe -r ath3k
    Code:
    modprobe -r btusb
    Load it:
    Code:
    modprobe ath3k
    Code:
    modprobe btusb
    Does it work?

And your PC is always shutdown, not hibernated?

    yes

    First try
can remove and load the 2 modules, but cannot connect my phone.

    Second try
    Cannot remove btusb :
    Code:
    user_install@ASUS-G75VW-JC:~> sudo modprobe -r bstub
modprobe: FATAL: Module bstub not found.
I have the same difficulties when using windows 10 ( dualboot )
