Default Password reset disk not recognized

I remember i had created a password reset disk for Windows 10 , but now ,When I plugged it into my computer for password reset ,It can't be recognized by the computer.
What did i do wrong ? Is there any other way to replace it?

Please explain why you are asking this question in an OpenSUSE Linux support forum, and not somewhere that supports Microsoft products?
