OpenSUSE Tumbleweed, 32 BIts. Yast2 begin to upgrade but... close herself
I use mainly Sabayon, but sometimes i use openSUSE also.
It is an antique brazilian notebook, with openSUSE 32 bits, tumbleweed. XFCE.
not used for more than a year.
today, i used this computer, and can carry the upgrade of the packages...
However, the Yast2 (upgrade online) method, not worked....
it listed all the packages that will be upgraded, but when try to download the first package, it closes unexpected...
however, i' m still upgrading using zypper commands and this is working

Hi
That's quite possible, Tumbleweed is only meant to be updated via the command: zypper dup. No GUI's or widgets, just that command...

Re: OpenSUSE Tumbleweed, 32 BIts. Yast2 begin to upgrade but... close herself
thanks for the info...
the issue seems to be solved, since after a command "zypper dup" even yast can be used for install example, a single, or 2 ou 3 packages.
please consider SOLVED
