I have tumbleweed for 2 years now.

Since a few months ago, plasmashell does not start well.
I have to always do killall plasmashell and kstart plasmashell , then suddenly the taskbar panel pops up and wifi connects.
How can I fix this? I already tried creating a brand new user with the same result. So it is not the home dirrectory.

Also since a week or so, kdewallet started asking for a password on top of that.

How can I figure this out?
