Hello and welcome to the openSUSE forums.

It was basically a good idea to post your repo list, but the most important information, the URLs, is missing. So please do a

zypper lr -d

Also, as a new comer you will not have found the CODE tags.

There is an important, but not easy to find feature on the forums.

Please in the future use CODE tags around copied/pasted computer text in a post. It is the # button in the tool bar of the post editor. When applicable copy/paste complete, that is including the prompt, the command, the output and the next prompt.

# zypper lr -dRepository priorities are without effect. All enabled repositories share the same priority.

I had a similar problem that was “solved” by resetting my router.

It’s not unusual that all one needs to do when this happens is to try again later, sometimes right away works, sometimes mere minutes, sometimes hours.

Yes, repos are updated from time to time and during that problems are possible. Also you might be contacting some mirror that has a problem. That is often solved within some time (or try another mirror).
