Red face KDE Plasma Favorites Menu problem

    Hello,

I'm having a problem with KDE's Plasma menu that, everytime I Logout, Reboot or Shutdown the PC all the Menu's Favorites get cleaned.

Anyone has an idea on how to fix this?

    ( i've found a similar problem at http://www.pclinuxos.com/forum/index...,145054.0.html )

Probably a problem with the kactivitymanager database, which is used to store the favorites now (allows to have different favorites per activity e.g.).

    Try to remove/rename ~/.local/share/kactivitymanagerd/.

I searched and found this entry.

I am having this problem on Tumbleweed 20180804. Favorites in the main menu are never remembered after a logoff/on or boot

After I removed ~/.local/share/kactivitymanagerd/ and rebooted, Favorites now appear to be remembered. Thanks.
