Default guided encrypted lvm now requires password twice on boot

I previously installed tumbleweed with guided encrypted lvm installation and it would give me a setup that would only require the password to be entered once at boot. Now, however, it requires the password twice: Once for GRUB and then once after selecting the kernel.

What is the reason for this change?

Other than creating my own partition layout, is there a way to get the old bahviour back?

    Thanks!

I think you not create separate partition for /boot
    Dual-boot openSUSE and win10
OpenSUSE Tumbleweed ; Plasma 5.15.x:" LVM encrypted"
My Partition: GPT and UEFI system
    Hp ProBook 450 G1

    Without filing bug report? Unlikely.
