No matter what I tried,it seems weather I turned on or off vi input mode in those editors they have no effect, when I press i(input mode) it just prints i in the editor,but one thing I noticed in kdevelop that when I use kdevelop5 it doesn’t work,but uninstall kdevelop5,install kdevelop4 everything works,the commands in vim works great in kdevelop4,how to config vi input in new version? I guess it is kde5,I am using fresh installed openSUSE leap 42.3 thanks everyone.
