Error message: The requested URL returned error: 502 Bad Gateway

when i entered

in my browser, it gets me

after that i am using MS Windws and use a VPN and enter above path the was open without any issue.

my IP is changed from Iran to Canada
does it depends on IP or my interent provider?

Opensuse Tumbleweed
Kernel: x86_64 Linux 4.13.11-1-default

Thanks.

I’m not too sure what you’re trying to do there…

It appears you’re using Tumbleweed. In which case the only correct method of updating is to issue from the command line:

sudo zypper dup

However, before doing that, could you please show what repositories you’ve enabled?

sudo zypper lr -d

tnx for your reply.

the output

sudo zypper lr -d

is:

tnx

when i open site

opensuse-guide.org

in chrumium it get me below error (ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE):

**This page isn’t working
****opensuse-guide.org** didn’t send any data.
**ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE**

but in MS Windows or Android i have not any problem. (only linux i receive the error)

tnx

All looks OK.

As I assume you’ve already installed “libdvdcss”, then repository #3 can be disabled anyway as it’s no longer needed. (I don’t know why you’re unable to reach that repository)…

All the repositories you have enabled are TW, so…

You should be able to perform a “zypper dup” from the command line, which is the only correct way to update TW. (If you had previously been updating any other way then you’ve been quite lucky nothing’s broken).

tnx, when i used zypper dup this error appear:

Retrieving repository 'M17N' metadata ------------------------------------------------------------------/]
Download (curl) error for 'http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/M17N/openSUSE_Tumbleweed/repodata/repomd.xml':
Error code: HTTP response: 502
Error message: The requested URL returned error: 502 Bad Gateway

**Abort, retry, ignore? [a/r/i/...? shows all options] (a):**

I think i have a problem with my internet provider

Please do:

zypper clean -a
zypper ref
zypper dup

Does it works?

In general, 500 errors are server-side, nothing you can do as a client user except message the web server (or web master) administrator.

Recommend submitting a bug to https://bugzilla.opensuse.org

and/or connecting to a different mirror.
