Thread: Splashma5 needs to start twice

Default Splashma5 needs to start twice

Upon first login off a boot one of the users is faced with a nonresponsive desktop. Things like the menu are clickable but nothing happens, progs cannot be launched etc. This also means that bailing out is possible only via Alt/Cntrl/Bckspc. After that on the second and subsequent logins the problem is gone ..until the next boot.

I looked over the user folder for unusual files or whatever might seem out of whack, can't see anything. Other user logins do not have this problem.

While logged in as this user I re-created some dummy users via Yast and the problem cleared
