error whem try update

When I try to update I am getting this message from the system

Problem connecting to a software source There was a (possibly temporary) connection problem with a software source.
Check the detailed error for more details.

I tried several times for many days and my connection is good.
How do I solve this?

I did the update online with YAST and now it's okay
