    Default Zypper Permission to access

    Hello,
I'm new and I was trying to set up raspberry pi 3 with opensuse. As Leap42.2 JeOS doesn't work, I installed Tumbleweed.
I did zypper update and works fine (just a little problem with ruby2.4 and ruby2.2).
Today I was trying to install apache2, but I get the this error:

    Retrieving package libapr1-1.6.2-2.1.aarch64
    (1/6), 109.8 KiB (284.2 KiB unpacked
    Retrieving: libapr1-1.6.2-2.1.aarch64.rpm ............................[error
    Permission to access 'http://download.opensuse.org/ports/aarch64/tumbleweed/
    epo/oss/suse/aarch64/libapr1-1.6.2-2.1.aarch64.rpm' denied.

Abort, retry, ignore? [a/r/i/...? shows all options] (a):

The output of zypper lr - d is:
    zypper lr -d
Repository priorities are without effect. All enabled repositories share the same priority.

    Any hint?

    Hi,

Unfortunately there was a catastrophic issue last week with the openSUSE download system (read: stuff is still broken and not all mirrors are fully functional). As a temporary triage you could try changing your .repo to point to gwdg mirror which works.
    Code:
    http://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/opensuse/ports/aarch64/tumbleweed/repo/oss/
    and non-oss accordingly.

You can change the URL directly via editing the .repo files in /etc/zypp/repos.d/ if you do not like to use the GUI or YAST / ncurses.

Very soon we all hope - there's a LOT of data to sync between mirrors.
